Gainsbury and Whiting Productions

Established in 2001 by Sam Gainsbury and Anna Whiting, Gainsbury and Whiting Productions collaborate with world renowned designers, photographers and fashion brands, which include, Nick Knight, Alexander McQueen, Topshop, Steven Klein, Gorigio Armani, Christopher Kane, Stella McCartney and Sam Taylor-Wood. With a history of highly creative fashion show, photography and event productions, Gainsbury and Whiting see a project through from conception to final execution. Productions have included Fashion Rocks at The Royal Albert Hall, Alexander McQueen's Hologram Show featuring Kate Moss, The Launch of the Stella McCartney and Adidas collaboration, The Pirelli Calender photographed and conceived by Nick Knight, W Magazine shoot featuring David and Victoria Beckham photographed by Steven Klein, various short films by Sam Taylor-Wood, the launch of Stella McCartney for H&M and H&M Home.

Gainsbury and Whiting Associates

Established in 2008, with the experience of Gainsbury and Whiting Productions, the company launched a new agency representing directors working in the fashion and art fields, with a growing market for fashion film, Gainsbury and Whiting are at the forefront of this current movement. The agency represents influential photographers and directors, Nick Knight, Steven Klein and the artist Sam Taylor-Wood for all their commercial and artistic film productions. Work includes, Nick Knight's Dior Commercials and Bjork Music Videos, Sam Taylor-Wood's YSL fragrance commercial and Steven Klein Madonna collaborations and films for Valentino and Dolce & Gabbana. In 2009, the agency also helped launch the SHOWstudio AGENCY. Born out of Nick Knight's website SHOWstudio.com, an already established site showing groundbreaking Fashion Film, SHOWstudio FILM is a creative resource agency specifically for the making of fashion film and beauty film.
